How does country music and romantic music light the place's mood?

Can someone please tell me separately how country and romantic music can set a place’s mood? and don’t give me answers like well obviously you havent been in bars or something like it just does or because it makes people fall in love or something.. plz just try to give me intelligent answers.. thanks if you do
