Anyone who listens to music this is an easy question?

Ok so I heard this song on the radio and I was wondering if you knew who sings it and the name…….

It repeats, and a guy is singing it, and the second time it says that its like no music in the background he’s just kinda singing/talking it……..does anyone know it?
