When I import a CD using Yahoo Music Jukebox Plus It takes forever. When it was MusicMatch Jukebox it was super fast. There used to be an option on MM to choose real time or fast ripping. This option doesn’t seem to be on Yahoo MJ.
i need something so i can listen to music like Itunes and Limewire
Im sick of Itunes because half of my songs dont play there
and limewire because people say it causes viruses does it really cause viruses can u help me find something that would be easy to download music then listen to it

Lets say a world-wide know opera singer tried contemporary music like taylor swift’s our song. is it pretty much guaranteed she’ll be good at singing songs like those too? and vice versa?
It seems like every time I run with my Zune the tempo of the music slows down. I’m a music conductor so I’m pretty tempo-sensitive, and I notice when I start, music is up to tempo. After mile 1 or so, the music starts to drop 10-20 bpm. It’s considerably slower.
Is my elevated heart rate or adrenaline or something in my body causing this? Just found it kind of fascinating.
I know people usually listen to music for entrainment but i am in a music class that requires me to identify certain things in music. He keeps giving me quizzes and i keep failing them because i don’t how to describe music using those terms. Is there anyway, easy way, to figure out what genre the music is in for example? or how to describe music in terms of texture?
I just don’t know what "sounds" in the music determine texture or rhythm, etc…
any help please? i have to pass this class!

I’m having a birthday party on Sat. March 7, and I’m thinking about Howl at the Moon at Universal City Walk. Does anybody know of anything else that has either a band or pianist that plays songs upon requests in a bar setting? I’m going to have a party of 12 and I don’t want to disappoint them by taking them to a place that stinks. I prefer OC because I live here, but LA is fine if you can think of something.
